They respond immediately and go out of their way and above and beyond the call of duty to resolve any plumbing issues and they’ll do preventative maintenance as well. Plus, their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely continue using them and would highly recommend them.

Juan and his apprentice are expert, solution oriented and simply amazing! Even when a manufacturer defect became noticeable, they came out immediately to readdress the issue, and stayed until a best possible fix was in place. I dare you to find any plumbing pros better!!

WOW , my first experience was absolutely mind blowing. Great service. Absolutely great customer service and all the girls are very professional. So very beautiful place very clean. You guys need to come check this place out.

We had a 1” line punctured while doing some yard work. It was a Friday and late in the day. They got there quick and were friendly and helpful. Here’s the issue, the price. I almost passed out when he gave the number. They knew it was a Friday at the end of the day. They knew I needed water for the weekend and they took advantage of it. No question. The guy was here for maybe 30 minutes and a bill of $850 is OUTRAGEOUS. Parts are maybe $50. Keep in mind, I shut off the water and dug out the repair area before he even arrived. Look elsewhere unless it’s an emergency.

i’ve said it once and I’ll say it again I am extremely satisfied with the services I received from this company. They were prompt reliable and professional. Being a single female, I am used to plumbers, mechanics, and contractors trying to rip me off. I do thorough research and always catch them off guard trying to do so. To my surprise, rave plumbing and router never even tried. I got quotes from several other companies and Rae plumbing and router bid the lowest one. They completed all of the work that I needed done quickly and neatly. I highly recommend this company To everyone.

I recently purchased a home and wanted some new fixtures installed in my restrooms. Juan came out and gave me an amazing estimate in comparison to the two other plumbing companies I had come out for estimates. He let me know it was going to take up to a few days to complete but would try his best to have his techs finish it quickly. That they did. Work was done in a day and a half. Quick and efficient !
